The start up fee is a one-time fee and discounted monthly fee for a limited time.

Our “Past Package” is designed for small law firms without trust transaction activity. If you are simply looking for accurate reporting to be in compliance for tax purposes, this is the package for you.

Present

Our “Present Package” is designed for small to mega law firms who want and need accounting support. Our team includes accounting professionals with various backgrounds and years of experience. We are all trained in trust accounting and here for you to tackle various accounting challenges.

Future

Our “Future Package” is designed for small to mega law firms who desire additional accounting support and want to understand the financial state of their business. The support we provide helps you make decisions that drive your firm’s future. We create a solid budget based on your firm’s history and projected growth. We create and maintain cash flow forecasts with actual spending and current predictions so you can become familiar with your financial trends and run scenarios for planning purposes.

Our Accounting Services



Bookkeeping

We record all of your transactions with great detail. We include vendor names, copies of receipts (if sent to us), and include necessary details so you or your tax preparer can easily view all transactions and run reports on request. We verify that your employee benefit deductions are accurate and up to date. We meet with your CPA and verify that your books match your tax returns.



Trust Accounting

We actually read and understand your state bar trust rules and regulations and ensure you are in compliance. We understand law firm accounting workflow and help you with internal procedures. We create and provide monthly three way trust reconciliations. We reconcile your trust and accounts receivable balances to your billing software.



Reporting

We offer customized reporting and produce management reports that help you understand the financial state of your business in a way that will make sense to you. Our basic reports include a Balance Sheet and variations of Profit and Loss Statements. Our FUTURE include graphs and cash flow forecasts.



CFO Services

Our Future Package includes support to help you make decisions that drive your firm’s future. We are your outsourced accounting department. We will attend meetings with your CPA/tax preparer on a quarterly basis and attend coaching meetings upon your request.
